Palram - Canopia’s Milano 10' x 10' Gazebo enhances your outdoor gathering space by providing a cool retreat from hot summer days or a dry outdoor oasis on rainy days. Integrated channels for hanging the optional curtain or mosquito net allows you to give your gazebo an outdoor room-like feel. Gutters and downspouts channel water towards the four corners and away from the sides to keep you dry. The stylish and durable design features a corrosion resistant powder coated aluminum frame in basalt-gray and 6mm twin-wall polycarbonate roof panels with bronze glazing. The twin-wall polycarbonate roof panels block harmful UV rays while allowing diffused light to filter through. It is perfect for hosting a dinner party, BBQ or enjoying the fresh air outdoors.

NOTE : Freight delivery is curbside delivery only unless there is an option at checkout for white glove delivery or delivery including a liftgate. The freight company will not deliver your product without talking to you first to set up a day and time for the delivery. Please make sure the number on your order is correct. Also, if it is curbside delivery, you may want to have someone there with you that day to assist in moving your items from the truck.
Inside Delivery
Some drivers may assist in moving a shipment closer to your house or a garage but they are not required to.
Damage
Please look over your product(s) when it arrives for any damage done to the box as well as inside. If you do find the product is damaged, please notify the driver and write it on the receipt or (B.O.L) Bill of Lading-and get in touch with us right away. It's very important to note that and get in touch with us no later than 24 hours from delivery time. We cannot accept responsibility for a damaged shipment if it is not noted as such on the driver's delivery receipt. Damage must be noted at the time of delivery.
Returns
