Palram - Canopia’s Glory Greenhouse Series are designed for professional gardening enthusiasts. The strong and robust gray powder-coated aluminum frame and 10mm twin-wall polycarbonate panels make this a professional grade greenhouse that can be heated and/or cooled for year-round usage. The side louver window and roof vent allow proper air flow for the ideal temperature to keep plants healthy. The heavy duty door is over 31 inches wide and can be locked. The door threshold allows easy access for wheelchairs or wheel barrows and the gutter system will allow you to collect fresh rain water for your plants. With sidewalls over 6' tall and a peak of almost 9', you can trellis your tall and leafy plants or over-winter your small trees. If you are serious about growing, this is your greenhouse.

Freight delivery processes are a lot different than the regular UPS/FedEx deliveries which many customers are accustomed to. As a result, it is super important that you read all the details regarding Shipping, Delivery & How to Receive Your Items by Freight. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed with the Shipping & Receiving Policies in their entirety.
NOTE : Freight delivery is curbside delivery only unless there is an option at checkout for white glove delivery or delivery including a liftgate. The freight company will not deliver your product without talking to you first to set up a day and time for the delivery. Please make sure the number on your order is correct. Also, if it is curbside delivery, you may want to have someone there with you that day to assist in moving your items from the truck.
Inside Delivery
Some drivers may assist in moving a shipment closer to your house or a garage but they are not required to.
Damage
Please look over your product(s) when it arrives for any damage done to the box as well as inside. If you do find the product is damaged, please notify the driver and write it on the receipt or (B.O.L) Bill of Lading-and get in touch with us right away. It's very important to note that and get in touch with us no later than 24 hours from delivery time. We cannot accept responsibility for a damaged shipment if it is not noted as such on the driver's delivery receipt. Damage must be noted at the time of delivery.
Returns
Please note that you may incur shipping costs in the event that you wish to return your purchase for buyers remorse or ordering the wrong size. Freight shipping can be costly the so we just ask you to make sure you double check the size and color of the product before ordering.
Cancellations
Order cancellations must be done within 24 hrs of placing an order. We do advise to cancel ASAP- as some of our products ship out quickly.
