The gray powder coated aluminum frame provides protection from rust and discoloration. Feria framing easily adjusts to fit your patio’s unique size. This high performance structure was designed to be simply assembled by 2 people, using the Click N’ Lock roofing system for safe and simple assembly, locking the glazing between the structure rods and preventing water from penetrating the glazing. It requires no experience, no special skills and no special tools. The Feria provides your family with an elegant and sturdy haven for years to come.

Freight delivery processes are a lot different than the regular UPS/FedEx deliveries which many customers are accustomed to. As a result, it is super important that you read all the details regarding Shipping, Delivery & How to Receive Your Items by Freight. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed with the Shipping & Receiving Policies in their entirety.
NOTE : Freight delivery is curbside delivery only unless there is an option at checkout for white glove delivery or delivery including a liftgate. The freight company will not deliver your product without talking to you first to set up a day and time for the delivery. Please make sure the number on your order is correct. Also, if it is curbside delivery, you may want to have someone there with you that day to assist in moving your items from the truck.
Inside Delivery
Some drivers may assist in moving a shipment closer to your house or a garage but they are not required to.
Damage
Please look over your product(s) when it arrives for any damage done to the box as well as inside. If you do find the product is damaged, please notify the driver and write it on the receipt or (B.O.L) Bill of Lading-and get in touch with us right away. It's very important to note that and get in touch with us no later than 24 hours from delivery time. We cannot accept responsibility for a damaged shipment if it is not noted as such on the driver's delivery receipt. Damage must be noted at the time of delivery.
Returns

Cancellations
