Shipping/Warranty/Refunds
Freight delivery processes are a lot different than the regular UPS/FedEx deliveries which many customers are accustomed to. As a result, it is super important that you read all the details regarding Shipping, Delivery & How to Receive Your Items by Freight. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed with the Shipping & Receiving Policies in their entirety.
NOTE : Freight delivery is curbside delivery only and most times the freight company will not deliver your product without talking to you first to set up a day and time for the delivery. Please make sure the number on your order is correct. Also, since it is curbside delivery, you may want to have someone there with you that day to assist in moving your items.
Inside Delivery
Some drivers may assist in moving a shipment closer to your house or a garage but they are not required to. If you would like Inside Delivery, please notify us at the time of placing your order at support@premiershedsdirect.com. Prices vary and that service is not available for all locations.
Damage
Please look over your product when it arrives for any damage done to the box as well as inside. If you do find the product is damaged, please notify the driver and write it on the receipt or (B.O.L) Bill of Lading- Its very important to note that no later than 24 hours from delivery time. We cannot accept responsibility for a damaged shipment if it is not noted as such on the driver's delivery receipt. Damage must be noted at the time of delivery.
Returns
At Premier Sheds Direct we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with your product and would like to return it, please contact us for a return merchandise authorization #. We just ask that you do this within 30 days of your purchase and the product is in the same condition as it was received including packaging in original box along with all manuals/instructions. Please note that you the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost and me subject to a 30% restocking fee. Your refund will be processed after we have received your product and its been inspected.
Cancellations
Order cancellations must be done within 24 hrs of placing an order. We do advise to cancel ASAP- as some of our products ship out quickly. If product has shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping back the product. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call or email us.
Warranty
All of the brands we carry have a limited 1 yr warranty on their products. If you are having any issues with your product, please contact us right away and we'll be glad to help.
