- web site address of the competitor's product, showing price (including shipping taxes, and any other applicable fees)

Promotions such as the following are not eligible:
- Buy one, get one free
- Coupons, closeout sales, and temporary pricing errors
- Used or out of stock
- The website cannot be a discounter or auction website such as (Amazon, eBay, Overstock, Wayfair), private sellers, or member-only websites (such as Costco, Sam's Club).
- The competitor must be an online Authorized Retailer and follow dealer MAP Policies.
- The Price Match Guarantee will be calculated based on item price, sales tax, shipping charges, and any applicable fees.
- Price Matches do not apply for exchange orders.
