The Tucson 12' x 16' Gazebo enhances your outdoor gathering space by providing a cool retreat from hot summer days or a dry outdoor oasis on rainy days. The twin-wall polycarbonate roof panels block harmful UV rays while allowing diffused light to filter through. Gutters and downspouts channel water towards the four corners and away from the sides to keep you dry. The stylish and durable design features a corrosion resistant powder coated gray aluminum frame and 6mm twin-wall polycarbonate roof panels with bronze glazing. It is perfect for creating an outdoor retreat, hosting a dinner party, or functioning as a shelter for your spa. Gazebo must be anchored into a solid foundation.

NOTE : Freight delivery is curbside delivery only unless there is an option at checkout for white glove delivery or delivery including a liftgate. The freight company will not deliver your product without talking to you first to set up a day and time for the delivery. Please make sure the number on your order is correct. Also, if it is curbside delivery, you may want to have someone there with you that day to assist in moving your items from the truck.
Inside Delivery
Some drivers may assist in moving a shipment closer to your house or a garage but they are not required to.
Damage
Please look over your product(s) when it arrives for any damage done to the box as well as inside. If you do find the product is damaged, please notify the driver and write it on the receipt or (B.O.L) Bill of Lading-and get in touch with us right away. It's very important to note that and get in touch with us no later than 24 hours from delivery time. We cannot accept responsibility for a damaged shipment if it is not noted as such on the driver's delivery receipt. Damage must be noted at the time of delivery.Â
Returns
Please note that you may incur shipping costs in the event that you wish to return your purchase for buyers remorse or ordering the wrong size. Freight shipping can be costly the so we just ask you to make sure you double check the size and color of the product before ordering.
Cancellations
