The Palermo gazebo gives you that outdoor gathering space that you’ve always wanted. Integrated channels for hanging the optional Curtain or Mosquito Net kits allow you to give your gazebo a more room-like feel. Gutters and downspouts channel water towards the four corners and away from the sides to keep you dry. Decorative but functional, the roof ornament keeps rain out and vents smoke and humidity. The stylish and durable design features a durable corrosion resistant powder coated aluminum frame in basalt-Gray and 6mm twinwall polycarbonate roof panels with bronze glazing to block harmful UV rays while allowing diffuse light to filter through. The Palermo gazebo sets up quickly and easily and can be attached to any surface with the included anchors.

Freight delivery processes are a lot different than the regular UPS/FedEx deliveries which many customers are accustomed to. As a result, it is super important that you read all the details regarding Shipping, Delivery & How to Receive Your Items by Freight. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed with the Shipping & Receiving Policies in their entirety.
NOTE : Freight delivery is curbside delivery only unless there is an option at checkout for white glove delivery or delivery including a liftgate. The freight company will not deliver your product without talking to you first to set up a day and time for the delivery. Please make sure the number on your order is correct. Also, if it is curbside delivery, you may want to have someone there with you that day to assist in moving your items from the truck.
Inside Delivery
Some drivers may assist in moving a shipment closer to your house or a garage but they are not required to.
Damage
Please look over your product(s) when it arrives for any damage done to the box as well as inside. If you do find the product is damaged, please notify the driver and write it on the receipt or (B.O.L) Bill of Lading-and get in touch with us right away. It's very important to note that and get in touch with us no later than 24 hours from delivery time. We cannot accept responsibility for a damaged shipment if it is not noted as such on the driver's delivery receipt. Damage must be noted at the time of delivery.
Returns
Please note that you may incur shipping costs in the event that you wish to return your purchase for buyers remorse or ordering the wrong size. Freight shipping can be costly the so we just ask you to make sure you double check the size and color of the product before ordering.
Cancellations
Order cancellations must be done within 24 hrs of placing an order. We do advise to cancel ASAP- as some of our products ship out quickly.
